What are you playing?

Some Orange Box (I was not choked up at the end of Portal when I heard Still Alive, honestly) and Halo Anniversary to nab a couple of achievements. It's weird, my pile of games to play is running low now, there were so many at one point I thought I'd never get through them.
I don't want your damn lemons!

XCOM Enemy Within will probably take me through to my birthday, after which point it'll be MKX all the way I reckon. Still playing some occasional Destiny and MCC, should probably get round to finishing Halo 4 and continuing legendary coop with Rodent.

btw, why is resident evil stickied?

Forza horizon 2 fast and furious. Free download and having not got around to playing horizon 2 yet i think its pretty superb. Could anyone tell me how it compares to horizon 2 full game? Was waiting to buy it until' i finished forza 5 but that looks like it isnt going to happen anytime soon. fast and furious tester seems really really good. Seems like a quick 1000GS for anyone interested in that kind of thing (i am not)

I was wondering that, it must be special, either that or Capcom have paid us lots of money, which is news to me.

I am going through it also, but I'm not a big cars guy.
My bro is tho, and he says the gameplay is basically the same only in the full game of FH2 there are a lot more cars, events and the full area.

Horizon 2 gameplay is basically the same, but the full game has xp leveling and perk unlocks, as well as customisation and a much bigger world. The drop in drop out multiplayer is quite nice too, not done much though.

Got a few on the go as is my norm, but nothing is 'grabbing' me 100% at the moment, not sure if im jaded on games at present or if it's a statement about 'AAA' games in general but i just feel a bit like i've seen/done most of them before:

Xbox One
PES 2015 (so much better than recent years - review incoming)
Forza Horizon 2 - Very enjoyable and preferable to the 'stale' core series for me
Don Bradman Cricket - Yep, someone has to like cricket! A steep ass learning curve so not far into it yet (I suck at it)
Assassins Creed Unity - not sure whether to list this, i've started it up 3 times this week and quit after 5 minutes. Dull.
Far Cry 4 - Solid, entertaining, fun… But also boring with little to keep me coming back? Apart from flamethrowers.
Guacamelee - I hate platformers. I always have. This is surprisingly ok though, i get why people love it. I tolerate it.
Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate - The best version of the best warriors game in a long time? Glorious. But grindy.
Dynasty Warriors Empires - a shameless cash-in, one of the worst DW games in a long time for me. Avoid.

Got FF-type 0 to play but not feeling a jrpg just yet so that's on the burner, and yesterday i bought Dark Souls 2!! Haven't played it before (own it on 360 but meh) so veeery excited. Will get battered by this and then Bloodborne i reckon!

3DS
Persona Q - Great fan service having all of the characters from 3/4 and genuinely interesting, but also frustrating with ultra long labyrinthine dungeons that detract from the story.

Horizon F&F which has made me want to play Horizon 2 again as it reminded how much fun it is.
Battlefield Hardline. I've really enjoyed single player which I've almost finished. I can't really understand why some have been so negative about it.
Oddworld. I played the Demo of this when I was about 14 and I was rubbish. Some things never change. I love the game design but I'm struggling to get my head around it!
GTA. Finished the story and I really want to do the heists but for one reason or another I've not managed to yet. It is easily one of my top 5 games of all time.
Just got Lego Movie. Really enjoyed Lego Hobbit so I'm looking forward to this. I'll work my way through all the Lego games now that I'm hooked.

(Might be character spoilers for those of you that have never played Arkham City)

Picked up Arkham City in the humble sale, which actually was the biggest disappointment I could ever imagine when I fkrst received the special edition for my birthday on launch. It felt like Rocksteady had dropped the ball, been suckered into making an 'open world' despite the fact Arkhak Asylum was a beautifully closed environment that proved tight story driven games can still succeed in the modern day. The original to this day is still the best game I've played since the birth of the 360. Alas, I found myself bored by having to swing back and forth across a map to get to each mission, and gave up shortly after mr freeze.

This time, something's grabbed me again. Don't get me wrong, I still think it's a pointless addition to have a huge open map, but the story has grabbed me like Asylums did. The nerdgasm 'oh my God it's Bane!' Moments are always awesome, too.
