Anyone else using it yet? Had a blast on Perfect Dark Zero this morning as well, and that also works flawlessly. Loving me some PD on the One.

So how does this work, then? There's a couple of games currently there that I already owned on the 360, digitally. Do I just redownload them via xbox.com or what?

Go into my games and apps on the home tile,go into the games part,go to the very end of the games list where it says ready to install and you'll see a list of games you can download.

How big are the 360 games, substantially smaller than One games I presume? (Not that I'm a beta member so I've got till xmas to clear space lol)

Is it really major for people that are hesitant. I would reckon that people who played enough games to build up a collection would have moved next gen already. The only reason not to have would be the cost of the console themselves.
