Aw no way! I've just recently bought a couple games for my son which I already had, could of saved some money if I had of known this. Never mind it's done now.

I've just realised it was only Halo MCC I bought my son, which I already had and only paid £27, it could of been worse and spent a hundred or two on games I already had.

You mean if I sign in my profile on his Xbox and set it as my home console, then vice versa on my Xbox?
While the games from my profile are downloading on my son's Xbox, is it ok for me to just sign out and delete my profile from his Xbox or do I have to keep it on?

Not sure where else to post this as I didn't see a rant thread but Ubisoft Uplay are useless! I'll just copy and paste the conversation I had with them.

You have deleted the wrong account, the account I asked to be deleted was MacMUFC9 but instead you deleted DEANO_MAC_08 which had all my games and points on, all I wanted was my email changed from deano_2k4_70@hotmail.com to deanmac9@hotmail.co.uk to the DEANO_MAC_08 account but you have now gone and deleted it. Where do we go from here?

The account I was referring to from the last message is under the username DEANO_MAC_08, because I've changed the email address that was with this account, I now can not log-in.

I seem to have a problem, on my other Uplay account which I was currently using, was under my old email address deano_2k4_70@hotmail.com, I decided that I would just change the email address to the one I recently asked to be deleted. Only now that when I log in the account I requested to be deleted had carried over so therefore I've lost the account which was previously under deano_2k4_70@hotmail.com. Is there any way to recover it?

1. Yes, I want my Ubisoft account MacMUFC9 using the email address deanmac9@hotmail.co.uk to be completely deleted from the system
2. I am aware that my Ubisoft Games list below will be permanently banned,[ No Games ]
3. I was informed that any connections to Ubisoft services will be lost permanently. My username will be permanently blocked after deletion and cannot be reactivated at any time.
4. I do not have any current order with the Uplay Shop for this account.
5. I understand that the deletion is final and cannot be undone.
6. I understand, agree and accept the consequences of the account deletion and I permit Ubisoft to delete my account.

So I specifically asked for them to delete the recent MacMUFC9 account but they deleted the other one which had a lot of games and U points. They've mess up and I know now there is no way they can recover the deleted account. Absolutely fuming I am.

That's pretty poor customer service. Have they confirmed they can't do anything about it?

Not yet I've only just sent them the message saying they deleted the wrong account not even an hour ago. It's not the end of the world but I had a lot of U points saved and I liked buying certain in-game things for the games that came out.

I think when I sent the message mentioning about my old Uplay account DEANO_MAC_08 which I was trying to recover, they read it wrong and thought I wanted that deleted but I copied and pasted confirming I wanted the recent account MacMUFC9 deleted.

Edit: It's all sorted now, Bruno got back to me and said if I wish he could recover my account or just transfer all my actions to the account I'm now using, I was surprised because they say once an account is deleted there's no way to recover it and it's gone forever but good old Bruno has gone and redeemed himself.
